Enzoguard provides a business-to-business software service. We collect as little personal information as possible.
What we collect
Work email address. We collect your email address to create and identify your account, authenticate you, send security or login messages, and communicate important information about the Service. We do not use your email address for advertising.
Product analytics. We collect aggregated or de-identified information about product usage, such as features used and event counts, solely to understand and improve the Service. This information is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Technical processing. Our infrastructure providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request timestamps, as necessary to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. We do not use this information to profile users or track them across websites.
No tracking or advertising
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, browser fingerprinting, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Service providers
We disclose information only to service providers necessary to operate the Service, such as hosting, authentication, transactional-email, and infrastructure providers. They may process information only to provide services to us or as legally required.
Retention and deletion
We retain your email address while your account remains active and afterward only for as long as reasonably necessary to secure the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at hello@enzoguard.com.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and revise its effective date.
