Dedicated IP address

The dedicated IP Address feature is available only on the Professional and Business Plans.

Enzoguard provides an option for dedicated IP addresses on the Professional and Business plans. To request a dedicated IP, please email [email protected] referencing the Pack name and ID you wish a dedicated IP for.

Once your dedicated IP address has been provisioned, all features of our application will be available to you, just as they are with a shared IP address. The only change will be your unique dedicated IP address; all other functionalities and features of the Professional and Business plans remain consistent and fully accessible.

Once provisioned, The dedicated IP addresses do not change unless you delete your account or the Pack. Two dedicated IP addresses are provisioned to provide high-availability infrastructure. Egress traffic can be sent to either of the two IP addresses.

We commit to setting up the necessary infrastructure within 2 business days as part of our Service Level Agreement (SLA). This ensures timely and efficient access to your dedicated IP address.
